Started with a team of 3 to build a doctoral program (first of its kind for Physician Assistants) completely from scratch. We setup a shared vision for students to focus on learning and not the logistics, a program syllabus template and Moodle classroom template. Onboarded every new team member (SME/Instructor and support staff) to work in a completely remote environment.

Managed the learner and instructor experience using the campus learning management system (Moodle) and Google Platform Environment. Designed instructional models and built a library. Worked with the Education department through its accredidation process and helped design a data management system using the campus Google platform. Trained faculty and remote evaluators in the different instrucitonal processes.
