I am a maker with a passion for instructional design and technologies that take higher education to new levels through team building and agile design thinking. I have a passion for working on remote teams because of its diverse opportunities and where I believe the work culture is headed.

2017 - 2019
Started with a team of 3 to build a doctoral program (first of its kind for Physician Assistants) completely from scratch. We setup a shared vision for students to focus on learning and not the logistics, a program syllabus template and Moodle classroom template. Onboarded every new team member (SME/Instructor and support staff) to work in a completely remote environment.
2014 - 2017
Managed the learner and instructor experience using the campus learning management system (Moodle) and Google Platform Environment. Designed instructional models and built a library. Worked with the Education department through its accredidation process and helped design a data management system using the campus Google platform. Trained faculty and remote evaluators in the different instrucitonal processes.
2010 - 2013
Part of the Computer Information Systems Instuction team. Taught Java programming, Computer Information Systems and Database Design. Administered a completed paperless classroom using Blackboard Learning Management System.
